For an installation or repair enquiry, tell us the problem you are experiencing, any existing equipment and your preferred appointment time. We can then discuss what work may be available and what information is needed before a booking can be confirmed.

Appointments, Pricing & Deposits

Installation scope, labour rates, parts availability and appointment times depend on the job and are confirmed directly with the team. Some installation appointments require a CAD $100 deposit, depending on the work and the store’s assessment. The amount and booking conditions will be confirmed before an appointment is accepted.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a confirmed installation appointment, the appointment deposit is refundable. Missing an appointment or cancelling without the required notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit, subject to applicable law and any terms agreed when booking. Please call promptly if your plans change.

Product Compatibility and Warranty

Car audio and installation parts are not universally compatible with every vehicle. Check your vehicle details and equipment requirements with our team before ordering parts or arranging installation. Product manufacturer warranties may differ from any terms for installation workmanship; applicable service warranty details should be confirmed with the store before work begins.
